    How to Use

    The recommended dose of Fosamax 70mg Tablets is one tablet once weekly, taken on the same day each week. The tablet should be taken on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, at least 30 minutes before taking any other medications or eating food. It is important to remain upright (sitting, standing, or walking) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet to prevent esophageal irritation.
