    The Medico Bpm35 Upper Arm Monitor uses oscillometric technology to measure your blood pressure. Simply wrap the adjustable cuff around your upper arm and press the start button. The monitor will automatically inflate and deflate, providing you with accurate readings of your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse rate.

    Directions for Use

    1. Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.

    2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, aligning it with your heart.
